EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.
Important exception for digital products: Our products are digital ebooks delivered immediately. By completing your purchase and beginning your download or access, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once that download or access has begun.
If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your ebook(s), you may request withdrawal within 14 days of purchase using our EU Withdrawal Form, including your full name and order number. Once we confirm the ebook hasn't been accessed, we'll process your refund.
Customers who have already downloaded or accessed their ebook(s) are no longer eligible to withdraw.
